Petitioner herein is a permit holder operating on the route Kuttippuram â€" Tirur from 2018 onwards with a stage carriage bearing Registration
No.KL-55 V 8592. Due to changed circumstances, petitioner filed an application for change of timing so as to avoid clash of timings with other
services. Ext.P3 is the above application. Grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of considerable delay, the above application has not been
processed and no order is passed.
Learned senior Government Pleader on instructions submitted that it has been informed by the concerned office that Ext.P3 has not been received.
Controverting this submission, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a postal receipt evidencing dispatch of the communication of the petitioner
on 27/5/2021.
3.Having considered the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent to take up
Ex.P3 and, after convening the timing conference either personally or online, pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a
period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
As an abundant caution, petitioner shall submit a copy of Ext.P3 before the respondent within ten days from today. For this limited purpose,
permission shall be granted to the petitioner for entering the office of the respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
