Every plan is a one-off purchase for a fixed period — 30 days unless the plan says otherwise. Nothing auto-renews, no card is kept on file, and you will never be charged without starting the payment yourself. We will remind you in the app when your plan is close to expiring.
Credits are what the AI features cost. A research question is 10 credits and a judgment summary is 5. Searching, reading judgments and using the filters are unmetered — credits only cover the work an AI model actually does.
The credits included with a plan expire when that plan's period ends. Credits you buy as a top-up are separate: they last 12 months and are only spent once your included credits run out.
Buy whichever plan you need whenever you need it. If you buy while a plan is still running, the new period starts when the current one ends, so nothing you have already paid for is lost.
Yes. A free account gives you unlimited judgment search and full judgment texts, plus a small allowance of AI credits each month. Paid plans exist for the AI features, not for access to the corpus.
