This is an application for impleading the Block Development Officer, Batabari, C&RD Block, West Garo Hills District as party respondent in the instant case.

Mr. S.Thapa, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the said respondent is a necessary party for proper adjudication of the matter.

The same is not objected to by the learned GA for the respondents No. 1-5.

In view of the statements made in the application, the misc. case is allowed. Accordingly, the Block Development Officer, Batabari, C&RD Block, West Garo Hills District, shall stand impleaded as respondent No. 8.

Registry to make necessary addition in the cause title.
