This Original Petition has been filed against the order of transfer of O.S.67 of 2012 on the file of Sub Curt, Chengannur to Sub Court, Mavelikkara,
which is renumbered as O.S.51 of 2015 of Sub Court, Mavelikkara.
When the case called up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the matter has become infructuous since the O.S itself has
already been dismissed for default on 12.10.2020. There was no representation for the respondents.
In the above circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
