Counsel for the petitioner says that, after filing of the present Writ Petition, a counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents, and in paragraph no. 5 of the counter affidavit filed by Shri Laxmi Raj Chauhan, Special Land Acquisition Officer, it is stated that notices have been sent to the concerned land owners on 10.08.2023 (Annexure CA-1). These notices have been sent after the inquiry report dated 02.11.2022, and no further directions are required to be given in this Writ Petition.
