Judgment
The period of lease mentioned in paragraph-2 of the oral judgment dated 18 October 2019, mentioned as "from 1 April 1994 to 31 March 2014", may be corrected as "from 1 April 1994 to 31 March 2024".
The words "first lease deed, i.e. the lease", appearing in the first sentence of paragraph-3 of the order, be substituted by the words "lease deed". So also, the area mentioned as "18000 sq. meters" in that same sentence, shall be substituted by "11000 sq. meters".
The third sentence of paragraph-3, beginning with the words, "The sole arbitrator" and ending with words "upto 31 March 2008.", shall be substituted by the sentence: "The sole arbitrator hearing the reference held that the plaintiff was entitled to recover from defendant no.1 rentals upto 31 March 2008 as well as MGA for a period upto June 2007."
The date of the judgment and order of the learned Single Judge of Delhi High Court, referred to in paragraph-4 of the oral judgment, shall be corrected "15 July 2016". So also date of dismissal was passed on the review petition mentioned as "12 June 2018", later in the same paragraph, shall be corrected as "12 July 2018".
