Judgment
The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents particularly the respondent no. 3 – the Circle Officer, Dhanbad to issue rent receipt of the land appertaining to Khata No. 31, Plot Nos. 1357 & 1358, measuring an area of 27 decimals and 98 decimals respectively of Mouza-Arkhango, Thana No. 55, Circle-Dhanwar, District-Dhanbad, as the name of the petitioner’s ancestor has been mentioned in the record of rights and on enquiry made by the respondent no. 3, the petitioner has been found in possession of the said land.
Mr. Sanjay Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take alternative recourse as available under law for redressal of his grievance.
Mr. Rohan Kashyap, AC to GA-II appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection to the same.
Considering the said prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
