The instant application has been filed against the order dated 23.12.2020 passed by Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Deoghar in

Criminal Appeal (Juvenile Bail) No. 54 of 2020 by which the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.

Case No. 65 of 2020 corresponding to Enquiry No. 152 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/ 120B/34 of the Indian

Penal Code and Sections 66(B)/66(C)/66(D)/84(C) of the I.T. Act and the same is presently pending in the court of Principal Magistrate, Juvenile

Justice Board, Deoghar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that parwikar is the father of the petitioner and he will be one of bailor. The father of the petitioner is ready and willing to maintain and take proper

care of the petitioner. In view of the above fact, prayer for bail has been made.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the fact that father of the petitioner is ready and willing to maintain and

take proper care of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Deoghar in

connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020 corresponding to Enquiry No. 152 of 2020 subject to condition that one of the bailor must

be father of this petitioner.

Accordingly, instant criminal revision is allowed and the impugned order dated 23.12.2020 passed by Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, 1st Additional Sessions

Judge, Deoghar in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile Bail) No. 54 of 2020 is, hereby, set aside.
