Mr. Gaur, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent – State submits that on not being issued an NOC by the State, the petitioner – Amra Ram had resigned and thereafter, joined on the post of Gram Sewak and therefore, the petitioner’s grievance does not persist.

In view of the statement aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Needless to observe that if any of the petitioner’s grievance still subsists, he will be free to move appropriate application, including application for recalling of the order or restoration of the writ petition.

The stay application also stands dismissed accordingly.
