The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

“ Therefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to admit the writ petition and issued notice to the opposite parties to show cause as to why the case of the petitioner shall not be allowed.

And after hearing both the parties, a direction/directions, order/orders may kindly be issued to the opposite parties No.2 to take immediate and prompt action for disposal of the grievance of the petitioner or to send the dispute/grievance of the petitioner to the concerned Tribunal for adjudication under the provisions of Law.

And/or pass any other order/s which deems fit and proper for the interest of justice;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever prayed.”

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
