This application has been filed under Section 27 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 seeking transfer of O.A. No. 58 of 2018 from the Regional
Bench at Mumbai to the Principal Bench at New Delhi, primarily on the ground that the Regional Bench, Mumbai is not functioning.
Cases of the Regional Bench, Mumbai are being taken up through video-conferencing and even day before yesterday, cases of Regional Bench,
Mumbai were taken up and again dates have been given for hearing of the cases pertaining to Regional Bench, Mumbai.
That being so, I see no reason to permit this application. However, the applicant can move an application before the Registrar, Regional Bench at
Mumbai for listing the matter for hearing through video-conferencing.
Accordingly, AT stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
