Vide impugned order dated 11.4.2018, the Family Court, Bilaspur has granted interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month in favour of the

Respondent, who is the son of the Applicant.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that statement of the father of the Respondent has already been recorded by

the Trial Court and trial is likely to conclude soon.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent jointly make a prayer that the Trial Court

may be directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 3 months. They also pray that the instant revision may be disposed of

with a direction that if the Trial Court grants any monthly maintenance in favour of the Respondent, the same should be granted with effect from the

date of filing of the application before the Trial Court for grant of maintenance.

Considering the joint prayer, the instant revision is disposed of with directions to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the

earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order and if the Trial Court grants any monthly maintenance in favour of

the Respondent, the same should be granted with effect from the date of filing of the application before the Trial Court for grant of maintenance.
