The petitioner has been substituted in place of his deceased mother, the original petitioner. The petitioner had prayed for issuance of a

writ/order/direction upon the respondents, particularly respondent no.4 for payment of the admissible dues of her husband(since deceased) who

retired from the post of Lecturer, Department of Hindi in P.K.Rai Memorial College, Dhanbad on 31.10.2004.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in course of argument, has submitted that necessary direction can be given to the respondent no.4, Registrar,

Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh to consider and pass necessary oder on the representation of the petitioner regarding payment of admissible

dues to which his late father was entitled to.

Heard. The petitioner has limited his prayer for issuance of direction upon respondent no.4, i.e., the Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University,

Hazaribagh, to pass necessary order on the representation to be filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is given liberty to file the

representation annexing the copy of the present writ petition before respondent no.4 who shall pass necessary order after giving an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner, within 12 weeks from the date of receipt or production of this order, in accordance with the rules, regulations and law

regarding the payment of entitled dues of his late father.

If it is held that the petitioner''s father is entitled to the dues then the same may be sent for approval to the competent authority at the earliest.

With the said direction the writ petition stands disposed off.
