This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order dated 21.08.2019 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 3163/2018.

Today, it is brought to our notice that the respondents filed W.P. (c) No. 7917/2020 before the Hon'ble High Court and the interim order was passed staying the operation of the order in the OA. Therefore, we close the CP leaving it open to the parties to take further steps depending upon the outcome of the Writ Petition.
