Judgment
Prakash Krishna, J.—The writ petition was dismissed by the order dated 12.8.2011. The operative portion reads as follows:
The writ petition is therefore dismissed. However, both the parties are directed to appear before the Settlement Officer, Consolidation on 12th September 2011 along with certified copy of this order. The contesting Respondents shall also file reply to the objection on that date. The Consolidation Officer shall fix a date for recording evidence etc. He shall decide the case preferably within six months. Till the decision by the Consolidation Officer, parties are directed not to change the nature of the land in question.
An application for correction of the above order was filed which was allowed by the order dated 23.8.2011 by the following order:
The application is allowed.
The necessary correction be made in the judgment and order dated 12.8.2011.
On page-3, in 5th line of the last paragraph of the judgment the words'' Consolidation Officer'' should be read as ''Settlement Officer of Consolidation''.
This is second application for correction on the ground that the order dated 23.8.2011 is incorrect, and the correction required in the operative portion of the order remains.
It is therefore, provided that the following shall be deemed to have been substituted and read, as always, in place of the original operative portion of the order dated 12.8.2011.
