The Review Petition No. 20 of 2020, filed by respondents/State, stands dismissed, vide order dated 27.09.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the instant petition stands already adjudicated upon by a Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 11.03.2019, passed in CWP No. 2218 of 2018, titled Sangeeta Devi and Ors. Vs. State of H.P. and Ors. and the petitioners shall be satisfied at this stage, in case, directions are issued to respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider and decide the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment in a time bound manner.
Prayer being innocuous is not opposed.
Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the petition, the same is disposed of with the direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider and decide the case of the petitioners strictly in light of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 2218 of 2018, titled Sangeeta Devi and Ors. Vs. State of H.P. and Ors., decided on 11. 03.2019, within six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
