The petitioner, who is working as a Drawing Teacher in Government Senior Secondary School, Khadkahan, District Sirmour, H.P. and is under
transfer to Government High School Deval Tikkeri u/c Government Senior Secondary School, Kujji, Education Block, Narag, District Sirmour, has
come up before this Court seeking quashing of impugned order of transfer dated 23.07.2020, Annexure P-1.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance
with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the
field, and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Subject to filing of representation by the petitioner within the time-frame mentioned above, the
operation of impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 23.7.2020, qua the petitioner, shall remain stayed till the disposal of the representation. Pending
application(s), if any, are closed.
