Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-

"A. By an appropriate writ order or direction, any order/letter/communication passed by the respondents restraining or debarring the petitioner to fill the examination form of B.A.M.S. Final Professional Course may kindly be quashed and set aside.

B. By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the humble petitioner to fill the examination form of B.A.M.S. Final Professional examination without late fees.

C. By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to appear in the B.A.M.S. Final Professional examination without any hindrance.

D. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favor of the petitioner.

E. Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs."

This Court vide order dated 22/05/2018 permitted the petitioner to appear in the Final Year Professional Examination of B.A.M.S. Course commencing from 25/05/2018. In pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner undertook the final examinations of B.A.M.S. Course. Thereafter, an application was preferred by the petitioner for declaration of the result. In pursuance of the verbal directions issued by this Court, Shri Sandeep Bhandawat, Advocate has submitted the result of the petitioner in the Court and a mark sheet is produced during the course of hearing which is taken on record. He further submits that the petitioner has been declared "Pass" in the final exam conducted by the Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur.

The petitioner has completed 04 years of B.A.M.S. Course and has cleared the same successfully. This fact has neither been disputed by the counsel for the respondent nor any shortcoming having been pointed out by him.

It will be in the interest of justice that without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is allowed to undertake the final mandatory internship in pursuance of the professional degree being undertaken by him in the respondent-University. He is permitted to do so.

With these observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
