Learned Additional Advocate General submits that reply on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 stands filed. The same is not on record. Be taken on record, if in order.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that in compliance of order passed by the court case of the petitioner has been considered, but his claim has been rejected vide orders dated 2.2.2021 and 28.9.2021 passed by Superintending Engineer, JSV Circle, Una.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that orders were never communicated to petitioner, but in view of reply, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before Competent Court of law for redressal of his grievance including assailing the aforesaid orders, whereby claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. As the petitioner was pursuing his cause by filing present petition, therefore, delay and laches would not come in his way for assailing the impugned orders, but subject to filing of the petition within reasonable time from today.
