Affidavit has been filed by the respondents yesterday itself.
Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. T.Sutnga, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays for and is allowed to file a short rejoinder and that the matter be posted for admission hearing.
Learned Advocate General also submits that the affidavit filed in WP(C). No. 7 of 2026, will cover the issues raised in WP(C). No. 6 of 2026 also.
Accordingly list both these matters together for admission hearing on 26-03-2026.
Interim order if any, shall continue till the next date.
