This is the first bail application preferred under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.59/2018 registered at Police Station Rajendra Nagar, Distt. Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 4,5 and 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA). The applicants are in jail since 15/04/2018.

The allegation against the applicants is that they are presently running a Salon and Spa center in which they are running immoral activities.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that two other co-accused persons have already been released on bail by the Trial Court itself.

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the nature of the offence alleged to have been committed and the period of detention, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of bail is allowed.

It is ordered that the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. The applicants shall thereafter appear before the Trial Court on each and every date as are given to them by the said court.
