Mr. B.S. Negi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a statement at the bar that the judgment rendered by Writ Court in favour of the
petitioners, has been stayed in Appeal by Division Bench of this Court.
Since the judgment rendered by Writ Court has become unenforceable, in view of the stay granted by Division Bench of this Court, therefore,
Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to respondent no. 1 is hereby discharged.
However, petitioners shall be at liberty to seek recall of this order, as and when the Special Appeal is decided in their favour.
