Judgment
Heard learned counsel for review petitioner. Learned counsel for the review petitioner submitted that this Court taken note of the decision of the State of Jharkhand of converting BHALCO into JHALCO and the State of Jharkhand took a decision on 29th December, 2001 u/s 85 of the Act of 2000 and whatever Rules and Regulations have been framed by the BHALCO have been adopted by the new company-JHALCO. In paragraph 8 of the judgment dated 16th June, 2011 passed by this Court, it has been taken note of that in the meeting dated 10th March, 2002 the decision of converting BHALCO into JHALCO has been approved and in paragraph 9, it has been observed that 302 applicants, the employees of the BHALCO were absorbed in JHALCO and they are in service of JHALCO. Learned counsel for the review petitioner submitted that when all the assets has been taken over by the JHALCO then from where the BHALCO will pay the dues of the employees as has been ordered in the judgment dated 16th June, 2011.
We considered the submissions of learned counsel for the review petitioner. We are of the considered opinion that a detailed judgment has been passed after considering various issues, which have been raised and particularly with reference to the provisions of Bihar Re-organization Act, 2000, the matter has been decided. Hence, no case of review is made out of the order dated 16th June, 2011.
No other point has been pressed. Hence, the review applications are dismissed.
