Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The Petitioner is aggrieved since the judgment dated 5.1.2011 has not been complied with so far. In the reply filed by the first Respondent-Secretary to the Government, it is stated that appropriate direction had already been issued to the Director on 30.5.2011, copy of which is produced as Annexure R-1. The Petitioner submits that so far No. action has been taken by the Director. It is made clear that in case the benefits arising out of the judgment, as directed by the Government are not disbursed to the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of copy of this judgment by the Petitioner before the second Respondent, the Petitioner shall be entitled for the interest @ 12% w.e.f. 30.5.2011 and the second Respondent shall be personally liable for the same. A copy of this judgment shall be communicated to the Accountant General for appropriate further action in the matter.

With the above observation, the COPC is dismissed and the rule is discharged.
