In view of the order proposed to be passed in the present writ petition no reply is intended to be called for from the respondents.

The petitioner by way of this writ petition, has prayed that the petitioner may be directed to be transferred from his place of posting i.e. Government Senior Secondary School, Somnachani, Seraj-II, Patwar Circle Somgad, District Mandi, H.P.; where he is serving since 05.09.2017.

As per the transfer policy, a person who has served in tribal/hard/difficult areas and also remote/rural areas for two winters and three summers is entitled to be adjusted at one stations of his choice.

Apparently, the petitioner has filed the present petition mentioning that he is serving at Government Senior Secondary School, Somnachani, Seraj-II, Patwar Circle Somgad, District Mandi, H.P.,since 5th September 2017. Further, his case has been forwarded to the Deputy Director (Elementary Education), Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, H.P. by the concerned Principal of the School vide communication dated 27.11.2025. Since the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at Government Senior Secondary School, Somnachani, Seraj- II, Patwar Circle Somgad, District Mandi, H.P., which is a difficult area, as is evident from Annexure P-2 the respondents are directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P-2) within a period of four weeks from today on receipt of this order.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
