1 This is an application at the instance of the original appellant for review of our judgement and order dated 4th August 2021 passed in the Letters
Patent Appeal No.216 of 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant is not present when the matter was taken up for hearing.
2 We have heard Mr. Chintan Dave, the learned A.G.P. appearing for the State.
3 Having gone through the averments made in the review application, we find no merit in the same. This review application is, accordingly, rejected.
