In the present petition, notices were directed to be issued by this Court on 13.09.2022. However the requisites PF and Notices were not filed despite time been granted by the Court on 03.11.2023. On 07.12.2023, last opportunity was granted to file the requisites and the Court observed that if the requisites are not filed within the stipulated period, the revision be listed for dismissal on 21.12.2023.
As per the office report, the requisite PF and Notices have not been filed till date. It is clear on record that on both the occasions when the matter was listed before the Court i.e. on 03.11.2023 and 07.12.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Today also none has appeared.
In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed in non-prosecution as well as non-compliance.
Stay petition and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
