The petitioner, who is serving as a Junior Clerk, at Branch Office, Leo, H.P. State Co-operative Bank Ltd., District Kinnaur, H.P., has come up
before this Court seeking his transfer from a tribal/difficult area to the stations of his choice, as per the transfer policy applicable in the State of
Himachal Pradesh.
Notice. Mr. J.S. Bagga, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations, Annexures P-2 & P-3, in accordance
with the transfer policy, occupying the field and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
