Prashant Kumar, J.—Bail application filed by petitioner Chhotu Machhua in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 30 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 941 of 2010 arising out of S.T. No. 320 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-1st Jamshedpur is moved by Sri D.K. Karmakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri S.S. Sahay, learned Additional PP. It appears that deceased died within 7 years of her marriage. There is allegation against petitioner that he tortured deceased for demand of dowry.

Under the said circumstance, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, his bail application rejected.
