Judgment

The present writ petition has been preferred by College of Agriculture Engineering and Post Harvest Technology. The respondent no.4 is one Mr. Karma Tshering Bhutia. Karma Tshering Bhutia had preferred the writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 32 of 2018 which is pending consideration before another Bench of this Court. On perusal of the writ petition it is evident that the issues raised in both the writ petitions are connected and therefore, as requested by the learned counsel for the parties it may be appropriate that the Bench which is hearing W.P. (C) No. 32 of 2018 (the earlier writ petition) may dispose the present W.P. (C) No. 43 of 2022 as well.
In such view of the matter W.P. (C) No. 43 of 2022 is released from this Bench. The Registry may place the matter before the Hon’ble Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
