The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.101/2019, Police Station Mount Abu, District Sirohi for offences under Sections 420, 406 & 120-B of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 18.03.2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Abu Parvat, District Sirohi, wherein it has been mentioned that Police is going to submit a Final Report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
