Judgment
All these four appeals arise from a common order and are being taken up together. There is a delay in the filing of the appeals. Misc. applications
for condonation of delay have been filed. For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned. The Misc. Applications are allowed.
Connect with Appeal No. 319 of 2019 Praveen Kurele & Ors. vs. SEBI and list on July 13, 2021. In the meanwhile, the respondent may file a reply
within three weeks from today. Rejoinder may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
Parties will take instructions from the Registrar 48 hrs. before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the appeal would be heard through
video conference or through physical hearing.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage, it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a
