Ms. Anju Davis, earlier appearing on behalf of R-1 in B.P. No. 537 of 2020 informs that she has sent a letter to this Court intimating that she has

sought discharge in this matter.  It was submitted by her that she has duly informed Mr. George Joseph, proprietor of R-1 Geocable TV Network,

Palakara through e-mail, as well as by way of Registered post.  She has also submitted the tracking report showing the delivery of the

envelope. She is permitted to do so as per established procedure.    Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order at the given

address of R-1 in B.P. No. 537 of 2020 by way of Speed Post and through e-mail.

The matter proceeds ex-parte against R-1 in B.P. No. 538 of 2020 and B.P. No. 540 of 2020. It was further submitted by Ms. Anju Davis that she

has filed the reply in B.P. No. 539 of 2020.  It is informed that reply in B.P. No. 539 of 2020 was filed on 17.3.2021. Mr. Vibhav Srivastava,

appearing for the petitioner, prays for three weeks time to file rejoinder qua reply of R-1 in B.P. No. 539 of 2020.

Ms. Jinnu Sara George, appearing for R-2 in all the petitions made a submission that she intends to file an M.A. for rectification of certain errors in the

reply filed by her on behalf of R-2.

As prayed for by the petitioner, three weeks time is granted to him for filing rejoinder qua reply of R-1 in B.P. No. 539 of 2020. R-2 may file its

M.A. in between after serving copies on the other side.  Put up the matters on 27th August, 2021 for directions.
