Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of his client is squarely covered by an order dated 16.6.2023 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 3901 of 2023 titled Amar Singh v. The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. and another, (Annexure P-3) and his client shall be content and satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of order supra.
Mr. Shivank Singh Panta, Advocate, appearing for the respondents, is not averse to the aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of fair stand adopted by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of Amar Singh supra, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks and in case the petitioner is found to be similarly situate to that of the petitioners in Amar Singh supra, he shall be released the consequential benefits, within six weeks thereafter. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful, shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereafter. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, before appropriate court of law, if he still remains aggrieved.
The petition stands disposed of in the afore terms, alongwith all pending applications.
