Petitioner’s counsel is absent.

The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent No.1-Uttarakhand Public Service Commission to accept the application form of the petitioner
pursuant to the notification dated 02.03.2015 by treating the same within time for the selection in the main examination of Combined State/Civil/Upper
Subordinate Services Examination-2012.

The counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the examination is over and all the further proceedings have been held. That notification is of the year
2015 and presently it is year 2020.

In view of the submission made, the writ petition is dismissed as being infructuous.
