As per the observation made by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-No.17296-2021, the present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the learned Court of SDJM, Samalkha, District Panipat to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners under Section 156(3) for the offences u/s 148/149/323/325/326/427/120-B IPC (Annexure P-11) expeditiously.

Notices served upon the official respondent(s) through the State's counsel-Mr. Manish Bansal, DAG, Haryana

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied in case direction may be issued to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to decide the said application filed by the petitioners under Section 156(3) within time bound manner.

The prayer is not opposed.

Given above, concerned Judicial Magistrate is requested to decide the application filed by the petitioners under Section 156(3) expeditiously.

In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
