Heard Shri Ashish Nischal, the learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is a Section Officer, who is holding the substantive post of Garden Chaudhary under the Ist respondent-South Delhi Municipal Corporation, filed the OA seeking the following reliefs:-

"a. the respondents may kindly be directed to hold the year wise Department promotion Committee to the grade of Section Office and consider the applicant for promotion to the grade of Section Officer;

b. In case the applicant is found fit by the Department Promotion Committee, the respondents be directed to promote the applicant to the grade of Section Officer w.e.f. 10.12.2013 i.e. the date on the applicant became eligible;

c. Pass any other relief that this Hon'ble Tribunal may consider fit in the interest of justice."

It is submitted that the applicant has made number of representations including the Annexure A-6 dated 10.06.2017 to the respondents, however, no orders have been passed thereon till date.

In the circumstances, the OA is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without going into the merits of case, by directing the respondents to consider the Annexure A-6 representation dated 10.06.2017 and to pass appropriate speaking and reasoned orders in accordance with law, within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
