After arguing for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, counsel for the applicant sought leave of this Court to withdraw the first bail application preferred under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C in connection with Crime No. 170/2021 registered at Police Station Bammorekala District Shivpuri (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 363, 366, 323, 342 and added Sections 324 of the IPC and Section 7,8 of the POCSO Act.
Accordingly, instant bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
