Rule. Mr.J.K.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent State whereas Mr.Ankit Shah,

learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of Respondent No.2 â€" Office of the Commissioner of Central Goods and Service Tax,

Vadodara-II.

Ms. Kruti Shah, learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that by way of present application the applicant has prayed for extension of

temporary bail granted to the applicant, for a period of 10 (ten) days, vide order dated 10.11.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application

No.16486 of 2020. According to Ms.Shah, learned advocate for the applicant the temporary bail period granted to the applicant expires on 22.11.2020.

She submits that the applicant is advised surgical intervention as can be seen from the certificate issued by the M.S.Ortho, Joint Replacement

Surgeon, of Navin Orthopedic and Trauma Centre, a typed copy of which is annexed with the application at page:30A. She, therefore, prays that

temporary bail already granted to the applicant vide order dated 10.11.2020 may be extended for a period of one month.

Mr.J.K.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent State as well as Mr.Ankit Shah, learned advocate for respondent No.2 have

opposed the application and resisted the extension of temporary bail period of the applicant. It is pointed out that looking to the gravity of offence,

extension of time for temporary bail may not be granted.

Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and having perused the material on record, I am of the view that ends of justice would be

met if the period of temporary bail already granted to the applicant vide order dated 10.11.2020 is extended for further period of 10 (TEN) DAYS, on

the same terms and conditions as per earlier order.

Rule is made to the aforesaid extent. Office to intimate this order to the learned advocate through E-mode.
