P.K. Jain, J.—Heard Sri H. N. Sharma, learned Counsel for the revisionist. None appears for the State. Perused the material on record and the memo of appeal.

The proceedings u/s 107/116, Cr. P. C. were initiated against the revisionist. Notices u/s 111, Cr. P. C. were issued on 2.8.1984 calling upon the revisionists to show cause as to why they should not be bound down for keeping peace for a period of one year. It is this order which is challenged in this revision.

It is now more than 13 years that the proceedings were initiated against the revisionist. There may not be any apprehension of breach of peace existing between the parties.

The revision, therefore, has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
