Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that issues as raised in the present writ petition are squarely covered by order in State of Rajasthan & Anr. v. Smt. Nandbala Joshi : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.219/2023 & other connected matters, decided on 14.03.2023 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby similar writ petitions filed by the State were dismissed and therefore, the present writ petition be decided in terms of the order passed in the case of Smt. Nandbala Joshi (supra).
In the case of Smt. Nandbala Joshi (supra), a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court came to the conclusion that the Tribunal has taken note of all the points canvassed before it and has rightly adjudicated the issue in favour of the respondent No.1 therein and consequently, dismissed the writ petition.
In view of the submissions made, following the order in the case of Smt. Nandbala Joshi (supra), the present writ petition is dismissed.
