Ms. Anita Limboo, learned counsel submits that she is attached to Mr. Madan Kumar Sundas, learned counsel who has been given a ‘no objection certificate’ by the previous counsel, Ms. Babita Kumari vide no objection certificate dated 26.03.2026. She further submits that the Vakalatnama in favour of Mr. Madan Kumar Sundas, learned counsel shall be filed within a period of three days. Permitted.
