Whether there exists any ground in law for the Respondent to be restrained from threatening disconnection or any disruption of signals to the network of the Petitioner ?

3.

To what other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled to ?

As prayed, six weeks time is allowed to the Petitioner for filing their Evidence Affidavits. The Respondents may file their Evidence Affidavits within six weeks thereafter. Let the matter be listed on 3rd June, 2022 for directions.
