Shri Yogesh Sharma, learned counsel represented the applicant and Shri Manish Kumar, learned counsel represented the respondents.
The applicant, Dr. Jyoti Lochab, Physicist (retired) was working with the respondents and superannuated on 31.05.2020. She has claimed the
release of retirement benefits along with interest from respondent No. 3.
Resp. No. 3 has passed a detailed order on 19.10.2020 by which, they themselves have stated that the settlement of pensionary benefits of the
applicant is being processed on a priority basis.
It is therefore, directed that Resp. No. 3 may process the matter and pay all the admissible/retirement dues of the applicant within a period of six
weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The OA is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
