The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for correction in the order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr.R. No.669/2022.

It is submitted that petitioner filed revision against the framing of charge whereby charges under Section 306, 302/34 of IPC were framed against the applicants. This Court in Para 04 of the order recorded the contention of the applicants in which no case under Section 302 is made out has been mentioned. However, in the operative paragraph due to oversight Section 302 of IPC has not been mentioned. Hence, prayer for correction is made.

Upon perusal of the order impugned, this Court deems is appropriate to allow this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C..

The order dated 09.05.2023 stands corrected to the extent of mentioning Section 302 of IPC in the operative paragraph of the order.

To the aforesaid extent the order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr.R. No.669/2022 is modified.

Remaining part of the order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr.R. No.669/2022 shall remain intact.

This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr.R. No.669/2022.

With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be kept in the record of Cr.R. No.669/2022.
