Ramachandran Nair, J.—The Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay an amount of Rs. 38,20,478/- which is the amount due to the petitioner in respect of the work undertaken for the construction of foot over bridge and platform shelter (rail type) at Mayyanad Railway Station. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the amounts have been received by the petitioner, less the statutory levies, which have been adjusted. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
