This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 08.01.2018 (Annexure - P/1) passed by respondent No. 1 whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 has been rejected.

Learned State counsel would submit that the order is revisable before the Commissioner under Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer revision before the Commissioner that will be considered and decided by the said authority expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of with no order as to cost(s).
