The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with the limited prayer that the Investigating Agency may be directed to conduct fair and proper investigation in F.I.R. No.27/2023, registered at Police Station Lathi, District Jaisalmer, for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC.
After hearing the counsel for the petitioner and on an overall consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioner to submit a representation along with relevant documents before the concerned Superintendent of Police and Investigating Officer, within a period of fifteen days, who shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
The present misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of accordingly.
Stay petition also stand disposed of.
