This 6th criminal appeal has been filed under Section 14-A (2) of the Act against the order dated 31.12.2020 passed by Special Judge (Atrocities Act) Vidisha, rejecting the bail application. The fifth criminal appeal was dismissed by order dated 4.3.2022 passed in CRA No.1513/2022.
The appellant has been arrested on 28.12.2020 in connection with Crime No.535/2020 registered by Police Station Sironj, District Vidisha for offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 377, 376, 376D, 34 of IPC, under Section 3(2)(va), 3(1)(w-i) of the Act and under Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
After arguing the matter at length, the counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal appeal.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
