A retired Inspector from HRTC Parwanoo Unit, who worked with the respondentsÂHimachal Road Transport Corporation, till 31.03.2019, has
come up before this Court, seeking direction to release all his pensionary/retiral benefits alongwith 9% interest, DCRG in consonance with the
prevailing Dearness Allowances & Arrears along with interest in all delayed payments from the due date.
The order we propose to pass in this petition, requires no response from the respondents.
Mr. Ajay Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents, under instructions, submits that all the due and admissible retiral benefits alongwith
statutory interest shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.
Given above, we take on record the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents and direct that the respondents shall pay due and admissible
retiral benefits, alongwith statutory interest to the petitioner, on or before 30.09.2021.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
